WHERE TO APPLY: For external use only. Massage well into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms & thighs, these are the areas of the body where the skin is thinner and the product is easy absorbed. Select one location for each application only.

 

Example: AM apply on inner arms. PM apply on inner thighs. Next day, AM apply on abdomen, PM apply on breasts. Continue rotating areas until you've done all the above areas and start over again. 

 

WHEN TO USE:

Menstrual Pain + PMS - starting from day 5 of cycle, use 1/8 tsp applied on the areas shown above, then from day 19 - 28 (or start of your next cycle) use 1/4 tsp. Day 1 of your cycle is the day you go into a full flow. 

 

Milder Menstrual Pain + PMS  - starting on day 12 of cycle, use 1/8 tsp applied on the areas shown above, then from day 19 - 28 (or start of your next cycle) use 1/4 tsp.

 

Menopause - if still getting a cycle, use the above protocol or if cycles have stopped you can use 1/8 - 1/4 of a tsp everyday depending on severity of symptoms. Start with lower dosage, increasing as needed.

Aqua (distilled water), 13% wild yam extract (Dioscorea villosa root), emulsifying wax nf (polawax), grape seed oil, kosher vegetable glycerine, cetyl alcohol, chaste tree berry extract (Vitex agnus-castus), black cohosh extract (Cimicifuga racemosa), msm (methylsulfonylmethane), sweet almond oil, panthenol (provitamin B5), 1,2-hexanedoil & caprylyl glycol, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), organic aloe vera gel (Aloe vera).

For external use only.

 

Do not use if pregnant or lactating.

 

Do not use if on HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy), birth control or IUD.
